Does Rep. Debbie Riddle really want to ban public breastfeeding just for women larger than a C-cup?

Houston Chronicle - We call bull on this one. Recent reports have brought back old news about Texas Representative Debbie Riddle saying that women should be "modest" when breastfeeding in public, but in a satirical spin, one fake news site has taken it to a ridiculous extreme.
